The 2008 Suzuki Quadracer R450 is a ready-to-race ATV designed, developed and tested by a team of dedicated Suzuki engineers working with WPSA Pro Motocross Champion Doug Gust. Powered by a fuel-injected 450cc four-stroke engine, based on the race proven RM-Z450 four-stroke engine, this ATV is designed to deliver broad, smooth power. With fuel injection, vibration-reducing counterbalancers, a five-speed transmission and electric start. In a low-slung, wide track racing chassis with long-travel suspension, a high-tensile steel swingarm and heavy duty steering stem and rear axles. Complete with an exciting, aggressive new look. • Lightweight forged aluminum pistons use a new 3 ring design with cutaway sides, oil retaining grooves for reduced friction and the oil control ring features a high performance chrome nitride plating for less friction and improved strength
